Our new telephone system is capable of handling multiple calls in a queue, unlike the previous system which only allows only 1 call at a time. Anyone else will only get an engaged tone. But, please bear in mind there are only 2 reception staff who are rotating the calls. They will also have to attend to the patients at the front desk. So it may take longer than usual to get through at busy times. Please call us during the late evening when it is not busy if your call is for administration reasons.
